Warning: If you unsure of what you are doing always do system restore checkpoint to backup your registry settings.

HOW?

- Stop it from running
- Delete registry values added by the threat
- Delete associated files

1. Stop it from running

- MSCONFIG (System Configuration)
> Startup Tab - Unchecked unwanted programs if you don't want to run it.

- Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL or CTRL+SHIT+ESC)
> Process Tab - End process (Kill) those unwanted running programs.

2. Delete the registry values added by the threat

- REGEDIT (Registry Editor)
> Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run "Run and RunOnce" - Delete those String you don't want it run, and you can also Find at tab's Edit/Find file name or extensions .exe or .dll-dlo or what ever it is. Find it then delete it.

3. Delete or quarantine the suspicious files
*Folder and search option (Folder Option) - View tab : Click Show hidden files, folders, and drives. Unchecked Hide extensions for known file types and Hide protected operating system files

- Run and type explorer or go to windows explorer and going to the directories
> C:\Windows\System32 - delete those unwanted files, you can determined, modified the Dates. Also C:\Windows\System32\.inf
NOTE: Administrator accounts can only delete the files if there's a system security.
you can also do delete manually C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp or simply go to run %Temp% (delete all and also the system folder hidden)
