Camarines Norte Gov. Edgardo Tallado on Monday apologized for the sex scandal that has afflicted his administration and family the past weeks.
At the flag ceremony with provincial hall employees, Tallado admitted having committed mistakes but failed to mention what those are.
"Kung ako po ay nagkamali, tao lang po ako, may kahinaan din po ako. Ito po ay sana unawain nating lahat," Tallado said, as aired over radio.
He pleaded his political detractors to stop spreading photos of him and his mistress on the Internet as he is not being tagged in corruption allegations.

An alleged sex video scandal featuring two Ateneo students AJ Ramos and Abby Santiaguel sent Twitter on fire, Monday afternoon after the video was leaked online.
The video was initially uploaded to a public video hosting website three days ago before making its way to Facebook, Twitter and even YouTube.

The two are reportedly popular figures in Ateneo de Manila University with a few referring to AJ Ramos as “Crush ng Bayan” and Abby Santiaguel as “Miss Flawless.”
Many netizens however mistook the couple to be from Dela Salle University (DLSU) which explains the hashtag #DLSUScandal according to a source. It is not yet clear who leaked the video or how it got uploaded.
Sources confirmed that the almost 17-minute video has a part 2. Our research yielded another video, this time only two minutes long that also shows the exact same couple in their private moments.
Ramos and Santiaguel quickly deactivated their Facebook accounts but not before a few netizens grabbed and uploaded the picture below.

A commenter with the username aj_ramos also wrote “STOP F*CK*NG SPREAD,” on one of the pages that hosted the scandal, perhaps in an effort to appeal to the public to quit spreading the video.

MANILA, Philippines – (UPDATED) Three (3) of Ellen Adarna’s unpublished photos showing her fully naked has been posted on an online image sharing website by unknown individuals. The photos were taken by Jake Versoza for the April 2014 issue of Esquire magazine.

According to Esquire Philippines, Ellen agreed to the photo shoot with the understanding that no nude photographs would be published or distributed.

In their official statement, Esquire Philippines states that:

The images in question … were never used in the magazine itself, and in most cases, were never even in the possession of the magazine – Esquire Philippines

With this line it appears that these were additional photos taken without the magazine’s knowledge. However, the next line states the following:

The images we did use … were treated to make sure any sensitive areas were artfully covered or obscured – Esquire Philippines

If we are to analyze this statement, it appears that the shoot was done with Ellen Adarna nude, and the photos were covered up later using post processing techniques.

In light of this scandal, Esquire Philippines has issued the following statement on Facebook:

ESQUIRE PHILIPPINES’ STATEMENT REGARDING UNAUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTION OF ELLEN ADARNA’S PHOTOS

Esquire Philippines and Summit Media condemn the unauthorized distribution of photographs of Ellen Adarna that were originally taken from a shoot the magazine had staged for its April 2014 edition. She had agreed to be featured in Esquire Philippines with the understanding that no nude photographs taken of her then would be published or disseminated. The recent circulation of such sensitive photos without her (or our) knowledge or consent is in blatant violation of her privacy, and her right to dignity. We share her outrage; we are deeply angry; we will not hesitate to take the appropriate legal action.

The images in question, staged with photographer Jake Versoza, were never used in the magazine itself, and in most cases, were never even in the possession of the magazine. The images we did use from the shoot were treated to make sure any sensitive areas were artfully covered or obscured, as had been the agreement.

It is apparent as well to Esquire magazine that its own rights, as well as that of photographer Jake Versoza, have been infringed. We will take the proper measured action to protect its rights. Most importantly, we urge all not to participate in the dissemination of sensitive images that were not intended for public by the one person whose rights and dignity above all else’s should be respected at this time.

Yam Concepcion"-I am not a bold star. I am a sexy actress."

These were the words of Yam Concepcion in reacting to the uploading of her sex scene in the Erik Matti film "Rigodon" on pornographic websites, which has been described as "more than surprising."

The Kapamilya actress, who is set to star in ABS-CBN's adaptation of the Korean TV series "Pure Love," opened the subject in an interview with ABS-CBN News' Mario Dumaual over the weekend.

Concepcion was one of the celebrity guests at an event held Saturday by men's magazine FHM, which introduced her as a "sexy actress" in September 2012 when she appeared on its cover.

According to Concepcion, a sex scene between her and "Rigodon" co-star John James Uy is now making the rounds in adult websites similar to video-streaming platform YouTube.

"Medyo nakakabastos kasi 'yung ibang comments na naririnig ko. Parang nakakabastos sa art na ginawa ng direktor namin na si Erik Matti. This wasn't a joke when we did the movie," Concepcion said.

The rape complaint filed by Roxanne Acosta-Cabanero against Vhong Navarro specifies that the alleged incident happened on April 24, 2010, contrary to a statement made by her lawyer in response to claims that the actor was performing at a concert on the same night.
Cabanero's legal counsel, Atty. Virgilio Batalla, on Wednesday denied that his client's complaint-affidavit mentioned the date the alleged sexual assault took place.
Batalla was reacting to the testimony of comedian Vice Ganda, claiming that Navarro was among the guest performers at his concert held at Island Cove resort in Cavite, on the same night Cabanero alleged that the actor raped her in Pasig City.
Vice Ganda earlier said the concert started at around 9 p.m. and ended at around midnight, adding that Navarro was among the last to go on stage as he was a special guest.
The management of Island Cove, in a separate interview, confirmed that Navarro was at the resort on the night of April 24, 2010.
Vice Ganda, whose real name is Jose Marie Viceral, made the same statement under oath at the Pasig City Prosecutor's Office on Wednesday. It will be used as evidence in Navarro's counter-affidavit, which will be submitted during the first preliminary investigation into the case on March 13.
Speaking with reporters on Wednesday, Batalla referred to Vice Ganda's testimony as "irrelevant," saying Cabanero's complaint did not say Navarro raped her on April 24, 2010.
"It will not affect our case," Batalla was quoted as saying by the Philippine Daily Inquirer in a report published Thursday. "That's just their interpretation. [Navarro's camp] is just using this for publicity. They're trying to show that Vhong is innocent."
What complaint says
On Thursday, ABS-CBN News was furnished a copy of Cabanero's rape complaint against the actor, which was filed last February 19.
The complaint-affidavit, which was signed by Cabanero and Assistant City Prosecutor Richard Parras, specifies that the alleged rape happened on "April 24, 2010, 11-pm to 1:AM" in "Pasig City, near Astoria Hotel."
Cabanero said she was raped by Navarro after he supposedly fetched her from the hotel, where she claimed to have been staying as a contestant in Miss Bikini Philippines.
In an interview on "Buzz ng Bayan" aired last Sunday, Astoria Plaza project director Ric Valenzuela denied it housed pageant contestants in April 2010. He said that while the event was offered to them, it did not push through.
Cabanero's rape case was filed amid the controversy surrounding the mauling of Navarro on January 22, the same night model Deniece Cornejo claimed she was raped by the actor.
Navarro claimed that he was set up by Cornejo for an extortion attempt allegedly led by businessman Cedric Lee. The actor said he was blindfolded, tied up and attacked by "six to seven men" inside Cornejo's condominium unit in Taguig.
Cornejo, in her rape complaint filed against Navarro last January 29, alleged that she was "rescued" by Lee's group from being sexually assaulted by the actor, which supposedly led to the mauling.
Navarro has since filed six criminal charges against Lee, Cornejo and six others: serious physical injuries, grave threat, grave coercion, unlawful arrest, blackmail, and serious illegal detention, which is a non-bailable offense.
The Department of Justice's third preliminary investigation into the case involving Cornejo is scheduled on Friday.
Cabanero earlier denied having any connection with Lee or Cornejo, whom she has referred to as an "inspiration" in filing her own rape complaint.
"Hindi ko sila kilala," Cabanero told ABS-CBN News' Doris Bigornia in a February 21 interview. "And as much as possible, ayokong maapektuhan ang kaso ko dahil dito. Ayokong ma-link sa kanila. 'Yung kaso ko, kaso ko. Sa kanila, sa kanila."

MANILA (UPDATED) - Another video clip purportedly showing Parokya ni Edgar frontman Chito Miranda and his girlfriend, Neri Naig, having sex is making rounds on the Internet.
The clip, which is 11 minutes and 20 seconds long, is different from the first video that spread in August.
The second sex video, which was uploaded Monday afternoon on a Facebook page, is more graphic than the first clip.
Miranda, in an Instagram post Monday night, was unfazed.

He earlier filed a formal complaint to track down the person behind the viral spread of the first sex video.
The 37-year-old singer told ABS-CBN News that he was first told by a friend that his private video had been leaked.
Miranda has apologized to his and Naig's respective families for the "unfortunate incident."
He has claimed that a thief ransacked his room, and one of his belongings stolen was a hard drive that contained a private video among other files.
"Our hard drive was stolen from our room in our house along with several other stuff. Kung sino ka man, God bless," he said.
Miranda said his girlfriend is coping with the situation. "She's okay. As well-loved as before. Okay naman lahat. Everything's okay. It's just that we have to do this kasi may krimen na naganap eh, so kailangan namin mag-pursue."
Miranda said with the help of the National Bureau of Investigation, he is keen on finding the person who spread the sex video.

One month after an intimate video featuring singer Chito Miranda and his girlfriend, actress Neri Naig, was uploaded to YouTube, another sex video involving showbiz personalities has leaked.
The six-minute video was uploaded to YouTube late Monday and spread like wildfire on Facebook on Tuesday morning.
It is more shocking this time because it appears to document an extramarital affair between two talents of the daily noontime show “Eat Bulaga” — singer, comedian and host Wally Bayola and dancer Yoshika “Yosh” Rivera.
Wally has been married to nurse Riza Ruen Bayola since 1995. They have five children, the eldest of whom is 18. He is one half of a comic tandem with fellow “Eat Bulaga” mainstay Jose Manalo. He was absent from “Eat Bulaga” on Tuesday.
Yosh is a member of “Eat Bulaga’s” resident dance group, the EB Babes. Her Facebook fan page was deactivated on Tuesday.
The show’s executive producer Malou Choa Fagar declined to give any comment to News5.

 An alleged scandal video of comedian Wally Bayola is currently circulating online.

A copy of the 6-minute video was uploaded to video sharing site Youtube on Monday. It was titled "Wally Bayola Of Eat Bulaga Scandal."

While the person in the clip resembles a great deal with the "Eat Bulaga" host, noone has come forward yet to confirm or deny whether Bayola is really the one shown in the video.

Just a month ago, another celebrity scandal shocked Noypi netizens when a private video of "Parokya Ni Edgar" vocalist Chito Miranda and actress Neri Naig made its way in the internet. Miranda, who said the video was stolen from them, has asked the help of the National Bureau of Investigation to determine who spread the video.

Proliferating such video is in violation of a Philippine law. If proven guilty, one will be imprisoned for up to seven years and will be fined up to P500,000 depending on the gravity of the offense, which is at the discretion of the court.

Cebu City's USJR Scandal 2013 is circulating online and the graduating student in the said sex video scandal has been allowed to graduate this March. It's one courageous, commendable act by USJR not to expel the student. They have just showed that they do not condemn, and that they embody virtues of forgiveness and compassion, which was the right thing to do. If it were other Catholic shools, expulsion could have been the sole option and the girl's future could have been very uncertain.
